The first event of the year! The Manchester 10k is known for being flat and quick. A new PB should be possible here and that’s my target for this event.
Also taking part in the Manchester are my wife, Mary and three of our best friends Dave, Victoria and Alice. Should be interesting and I’ve been promised a Chinese brunch and a pint in the lovely Marble Arch pub afterwards. That’s enough to spur me on!
